Do you have a guarantee on the purse?
Yes. I guarantee the purse under normal wear and use.

Is it warranted against defects?
Yes.

If I don’t like the purse when I receive it, can I return it for a full refund?
Yes. You can return the purse for a full refund if you are unsatisfied and it has not been used. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Do you accept cashier’s checks, money orders, or personal checks?
Yes. Orders will be shipped when checks clear.

Where shall I send payment?
When I receive your order by email, I will send mailing information with confirmation of your order.

How long will it take to get my order?
I normally ship using Priority Mail. I will notify you once the order is shipped so you will know when to expect delivery.
